Subject: Unacceptable Protection of a Powerful abuser and my Serious Suspicions
Why are many mothers not allowed to get answers for their children and bring Jake LB to justice for over 15 years? Why are the media gagged? And how many abusers and all sorts of criminals from the most powerful families, even worse than in this case, may be protected in the same way?

I am appalled by the level of power Jake Low-Beer has in courts, I believe due to his connections within the top tier of power. As you all know, he is a wealthy doctor, in my opinion a sick eugenist, who has used sperm donation to abuse an enormous number of women, some of their husbands/fiancés and a large number of the children he's created using reproductive coercive control, mendacity, trickery to con us into various arrangements and sexual relationships against our wishes, pathological lying that is extreme abuse, a sort of battery as it affects physical health too, over 20 years, discrimination of the children based on class, blackmail of the mothers for sex and for recruitment of younger women to impregnate in exchange for accepting our children in any way or for allowing them to meet a single sibling, trying to force true lesbians couples into sex if they wanted more children by him. He took part in frauds with various state institutions like CMS and blackmailed the mothers to take part in the frauds, some allegedly arranged by senior managers. He's been likely allowed to produce an unlimited number of IVF children in British fertility clinics for a decade after being blocked from them for exceeding the child-number limit, while other donors are remain blocked... He's been lying to the mothers he'd have only 4-5 families while spraying an enormous number of children over 20 years and not allowing them to know about each other or how many children he has pushing some into depression and paranoia, inviting the posh ones into his wealthy, powerful family, many suspect for megalomania to use his global top connections to almost "rule the world" while rejecting the others as inferior, bad-seed children, scarring them for life. He's also been accused of rape, hides his real name and heritage from some mothers so the children are kept in the dark, almost certainly pretends he is childless and single while he has the main partner and children and likely tens of auxiliary families...Basically, he's created an enormous board games and uses real people as pawns as a sadistic hobby. And this is the tip of a large iceberg, yet the media have been, apparently, gagged from reporting on him by top judges while ordinary people and celebrities are sacked and tried for one offensive sentence and a fraction of his crimes. That is in breach of the human rights of all his victims and the laws of the that should be the same for everyone.
He is protected by top judges, in my opinion, and many journalists say that too. I have tried to sue him, just for my filings to be automatically destroyed, over and over again. The same with the evidence for his frauds in various institutions, including CMS where the woman from there who organised the fraud, probably for bribe, is to this day protected by DWP and top judges...
As I have stated in my open letters, I have been galvanised by the criminal abuse of my rights and the abhorrent criminality towards my innocent children into writing them as there are no avenues to justice, as the seemingly thousands of suicide attest. I understand that my filings regarding my two cases have been forwarded to Christopher Clarke who, alongside Jake, lives in Bermuda and is a retired Court Of Appeals President in the UK, so is the very calibre and level of a judge Baroness Carr demands PM and others who dare say a word against the judiciary should go to for a redress within the strict "Rule-of-Law is paramount" framework the independent judiciary professionally abides by. Isn't that right, Baroness Carr, Lady Chief Justice in charge of all the judges?
In general, one does not need any degree, let alone a law degree, to become THIS, the entities mentioned in my cases who shamelessly abuse power to floor children! Anyone, of any education or lack thereof, can abuse anyone, steal, lie, laugh at child abuse, abet criminals and sexual assailants, breach laws and intimidate others into silence as they think they are God.
In Bermuda also lives Judge Attridge who, I understand, highly likely worked with Jake's sister-in- law, a ICRC barrister and that they all may know each other having all lived in Switzerland and then in Bermuda. Those serious concerns that I have have been swept under the carpet and Christopher Clarke's seeming ownership of likely my two court cases that reek of corruption, in the eyes of many, and his suspected interference, and maybe bullying of other judges to protect abuser Low-Beer, which is illegal and should end up in a tribunal, if so, seem to, I fear, continue.
Does he, and likely other top judges, abuse their power and abuse the female judges at Oxford Combined court to protect the Respondent? Are you all complicit in these criminalities too? Why was my case transferred from MK to Oxford to start with? Is it because whoever has been interfering has better connections within the court there and can abuse my children and me more easily and lead the case from anywhere in the world while using female judges as decoys for their improprieties just like Jake has used dozens of us for his own sick needs? Or there is another explanation?
Why is he hell bent on supervising my case that I filed probably 15th time trying to find out the names of the two robbers, a man and a woman, who in MK court in Spring 2004. turned up and practically ordered me to forgo my due divorce settlement, pension and shares I was, and still am, legally entitled to, almost certainly for a huge chunk of bribe from it and to appease my conman abuser? It happened meters away from the judge. I was not allowed to know their names and, despite fighting hard to know that fact that I am also legally entitled to, I am not allowed to know to this day.
I was thrown out, after years of abuse, on the street and on the dole (that's embezzlement of public money by the judiciary too, in huge numbers where our money has been stolen as there seems to be rackets stealing money from vulnerable people) childless and penniless. had to cancel courses and so much else as I was not allowed to rebuild my life as the, led by my abuser, wanted me to commit suicide. Then, as I tried to somehow, while incapacitated with grief for many years, start earning, I could not even become a childminder as the powerful landlord lobby in parliament earning vast sums of money, have created rules that enabled landlords to withdraw many rights from their tenants including working from home, or even owning a pet, pushing many of the abused and stolen-from mothers into further depression and hopelessness. It is a breach of our human rights, it is discrimination, abuse of our children. A home should be a home with the same rights.
My latest pro se filing to try and learn the names of the two robbers, again forwarded to Oxford, was supervised by Clarke while Judge Vincent was just his mouthpiece. Am I wrong? His name appeared on the order, though I'd had suspicions about him even before.
Why does he seem to be fanatical about not allowing me to know the robbers' names? They were so evil, shouty,agressive,intimidating towards me knowing that my toddler was being emotionally tortured (dropped from 55% to 21% in weight almost overnight so that he could be, many believe, sold)as he had just been permanently taken away from me,his 24/7 carer who he was glued to, in order to stage the case and steal my money as bribe. They knew that suicide was almost certain as they'd taken everything away from me and now my educational courses,a small business, so much I had not been allowed to do as I was severely abused and controlled for years in my horrific marriages to a known sadistic abuser of women. The robbing due sounded like professional criminals who,I am certain, had done the same to abused/suicidal/battered mothers and children probably many times before. I know it has happened to many, and many have died as a result,so such rackets do exist.
Why did Clarke have the order forwarded to him? Is it because he may have written the order himself throwing the case out and Judge Vincent had to just sign her name?
Are those robbers now judges? Friends and family of the top judges, including him? I am only asking this. I am certain you all may know their names, so why don't you allow me to know who destroyed my life and abused my children even more?
I have asked you these questions before, you all ignore me. Why? Can you, please give me the names?
Also, what happened to the district judge, a male, who saw the case and was shocked and sickened, well like 30 or so lawyers and 3 more judges too) and sent the file to the police who were also shocked and sickened, but could not do anything as judiciary is independent. The amazing, proper judge disappeared from MK court overnight, as far as I could see. Why, if so? Where is he now? That man ,whether he comes from a powerful or ordinary family, whatever heritage he comes from, should be at the helm of the judiciary, yet he is nowhere to be seen. Baroness Carr, does all this in this letter illustrates that independence? Are you genuinely proud and feel successful?
May you all read the letter I have sent to Judge Gibbons, underneath. I believe the previous judge, female judge Vincent, may also have been bullied into abetting the abuser, spouting illegal gibberish she knew was legally unsound diminishing her own reputation, and that both judges have been intimidated, like many senior lawyers, apparently, are in cases of serious improprieties if they try to do their job properly and fight for justice of an abused client. The judges should be allowed to speak out on what has been happening without any fear, I believe.
I am asking you to comply with national and international laws and act legally. Child abuse is a crime, corruption is a crime, sexual assault is a crime, conning people into arrangements they do not want to be part of and yet that are life-changing is a crime, 15-year blackmail is a crime, personal injury through mental abuse is a crime, reproductive coercion is a crime, eugenics are illegal... and it is incumbent upon you to fight crime, and not take part in it. It is sad that females in power seem to be decoratively ticking the gender-inclusivity boxes while obeying the worst and the most evil males in power and therefore allowing abuses of abused women and children to flourish like never before. The number of women in power makes absolutely no difference if they are of a similar calibre to evil men and love abusing women too, while some men in power try to be just, righteous and protect vulnerable women, men and children who are victims of crime, but are not allowed to.
May I have the answers to some of my questions, underneath? Who may be, as I suspect, eavesdropping to and interfering with my hearings, court forms and orders, or abusing and belittling fellow judges into sabotaging my children, if anyone? Can it be any one of you? Can the Supreme Court President obtain those answers, that are in the public interest too, please? Who is/are treating the judiciary as own, private inheritance exempt from all laws?
Given that the order from Oxford Combined court was sent only after I wrote an open letter to you all months ago, did whoever finally enabled that to happen also not allow Judge Gibbons to proceed with the order to start with but told her to ignore me as they had observed the case and the April hearing themselves to cover up the criminalities and child abuse by Jake Low-Beer, hence she did not issue an order? Was she not allowed to? By whom? Any of you? To treat an intelligent, adult woman with that level of disrespect just because you found your ways into top power is unacceptable, if so!
Did any of you, or any other judge, then, after my open letter, months too late, order Judge Gibbons what to write in her order and did not allow her to do what she had previously deemed was the right and legal step to take in order to protect us victims in regards to serving Jake court papers to his business address etc? Who was it and what did they do to protect a man who psychologically abuses his own children and segregates them as a hobby? A eugenist! Eugenics are illegal, aren't they?
Can that person, if my suspicions are true, be called a judge, or even a human being? To abuse abused children already scarred by corruption and abusers from powerful families who laugh at the abuse of those they deem are beneath them? Who are they, if so? What are you all complicit in these, I believe, crimes?
I feel Judge Gibbons, and likely Vincent before her, have been dehumanised, just like us victims deprived of justice are.
Now, are those even suspecting that Jake is paying bribe to someone to silence his victims, nebulizing? So, why is he allowed to do all this unimpeded?

Dear Judge Gibbons,
Like before, the Respondent Low-Beer has ignored the court order emailed to him by the court and the deadline for the Form E1, just like expected. His arrogance, despite knowing what he has caused to others by his artifice, is very disturbing and violating. I believe it is emboldened by Christopher Clarke and other senior judges in Bermuda who, I strongly believe, know him and his close family very well, and who may be virtually in charge of our case, sabotaging it, and all thus the others who may be trying to bring Jake to justice, and inflicting more damage to the children involved, including mine.
When I had a hearing before you in April, and that Jake again pretended he knew nothing about as the papers had been served to him via the email he frequents incessantly, given that his entire harem-like structure of possibly 100+ people pivots via that email, you told me that next time you'd sent a court order to him via post, to the surgery he owns, stating that it is strictly confidential. You also said you'd allow me access to his Land Registry details about all his many properties and allow him to attend a hearing online. He can commute to Britain from tax havens to produce children all over the place and, I believe, rotate dozens of partners, yet cannot attend a court hearing pertaining to the consequences of his abuse of others, but never mind.
Your order was though not forthcoming for months, and all my emails to the courts were ignored, until I made a complaint about it. Only then you ordered that the papers be emailed to Jake, almost certainly knowing he'd ignore it, as always, and like we'd mentioned he'd do. And, as expected, the same has happened again. I now believe that when he stopped communicating with me and did not even bother to try and mitigate the consequences of his duplicity and 15-year psychological abuse of us, a senior judge close to him may have been instructing him to ghost the children and me entirely so that he could ignore all potential court papers having fled to Bermuda with his millions. Well, or at least at some point.
Now, are my concerns about Christopher Clarke, or some other top judges Jake is highly likely to be close to, virtually leading my case, and turning you into his mouthpiece, founded and has he been bullying you in the workplace to sabotage my case and my scarred children's lives even further, and I believe likely dozens of others as I know many mothers have bene hurt and abused by Jake, to protect the serial abuser whose hobby is child-spraying and life destruction of the people/children he cons into things they never consent to?
If so, it is illegal what he is doing, or whoever allows him, or anyone, to force a colleague into trampling over their own conscience, morals and values, and abuse children and other victims by proxy. It would be bullying, the likes of which is punished at tribunals.
One, including members of the judiciary, should be allowed to work in peace, be protected by employment laws that outlaw bullying and harassment, and adhere to national and international laws that explicitly indicate that, whoever may be interfering, is breaching the laws and engaging in criminality, in child abuse.
I understand the paperwork for both of my cases, including my latest attempt to know the identity of the robbers who stole my due divorce settlement and pension from me in MK court itself 22 years ago, almost certainly due to organized corruption, have been forwarded to Clarke to Bermuda. Am I wrong? I have a legal right to know that as it is about my life and my right to justice and a top judge harbouring criminals of various sorts is not something that should be constitutionally swept under the carpet. It is a crime itself.
Courts are not private conglomerates where top judges can bully and intimidate other judges into taking part in crime and law-breaching so that they can protect their mates who are abusers and crooks just because they come from a certain, dodgy demography of power.
Jake is an abuser who has left carnage of destroyed live behind him and he should be exposed and tried like abusers of other social realms are. Whoever may be gaging the media about him and protecting him, if so, I hope not for any weighty bribe as he is wealthy, like, many believe, happened with so many of them in my custody-battle case when, I believe, my toddler was sold for cash, though I believe that someone in CMS did take lots of money from Jake to organize that fraud very meticulously with many of us, it is my opinion, would be an all-round conman or a conwoman, given that so many institutions and people are involved in the illegalities and child abuse. Such a person should not come near any court let alone be at the help of such power.
Jake does live yet another in tax haven, like many greedy, snobbish, abusive crooks do, but he is also a fellow of British medical institutions, works under the GMC membership and is a landlord of many properties in the UK.
I am feeling extremely violated yet again.
It is unacceptable that you and I have a repetition of the April case 4 months later when we are exactly where we were back then just because proper legal steps have not been taken, I fear due to some strong, criminal background pressure that breaches the human, and possibly employment, rights of many of us. Will any judge be eavesdropping our online hearing and telling/ordering you what to do t stage the case? I have asked the court that question several times and got no answer.
I am going to write to senior judges again about this. I also fear, in my trauma that is affecting me so badly and unearthing the previous traumas, I do not have any evidence, but suspect, that some aggressive political lobby may be behind this enabling Jake to abuse people as much as he likes and virtually own the court. The people he deems substandard pieces of meat to use and dump around broken and damaged for good.
Baroness Carr also keeps ignoring my letters about courts enabling his abuse of people, of children, and the fact that the media believe they are gagged, I presume the editors possibly viciously bullied into not allowing anything about Jake and the likes, abusers from powerful families, I understand there may be many, to be exposed. That should not be the case, especially given the public-interest criminalities galore in our case alone. Considering Jake is Jewish and that his family seem to be some sort of a symbol of Jewishness as his grandparents owned the factory depicted in the Schilder's List (that should have nothing to do with his criminalities and child abuse), and that the judge of all judges Lady Justice Carr is, I understand, Jewish herself, as is, I understand, the President of the King's Bench Division of the High Court of Justice, Lady Victoria Sharp. I understand that one is a pompous judicial position manufactured in 2005 as I fought for justice myself, in vain, while perjury on an industrial scale, theft of money and livelihoods from abused/battered/vulnerable people, human trafficking and rape by trickery, child/baby abuse, serious breaches of human rights that have killed thousands and gagged their families in family courts, have never been outlawed as a court reform at any point for the last several decades, yet alone throne of power for the top judges was in dire need of existing! Too many enormous egos for two few thrones? Shocking!
Then the powerful Judge Serota, who may be in touch with Jake now, I do not know, but would not be surprised, who tortured my toddler son and me almost to death (as described in my first prolix post here), threatened me for speaking out, and against whom a bunch of judges, I understand, even before our case had tried to have removed from children's cases for serious improprieties, all in vain as he is too powerful so they were silenced, apparently, and he allowed to proceed, is ,I understand Jewish, and so is another Serota, I believe his close family, who is/was till recently in the BBC vetoing department, or in charge of it. So is Lucy Fraser, until recently Solicitor General who ignored all my letters on all this, including on my then solicitor acting for my abuser, I believe for bribe too, all those years ago, something all the judges had even said (that she acted for him and against me leading to the horrific abuse of my child). And the current Attorney general is Jewish, and the Shadow Attorney General is too, as are many other retired very top judges and politicians, I feel (may be wrong) at least 1/3 of them, if not many more than that, backing many decades and many say it is the same in the US and maybe other Western countries too. Jake's late mother, I understand, did some top academic work for the government and may have worked with them hence the connections between the families?
Many of the previous holders of the top judicial positions I've written to for 22 years seeking justice within the horrific human rights abuses my toddler and I were subjected to in extremes with life-destroying consequences we still live to daily, including then Attorney General Peter Goldsmith, Baron Goldsmith, and then also Lord Chief Justice - Harry Woolf, Baron Woolf who, as far as I remember, both steadfastly ignored my official complaints and the mountain evidence for the fabrications in the judgments, the made-up CAFCASS (child welfare) report and tons of other improprieties by Serota and Tyrer, the lies that were deliberately engendered or repeated as true by the judges and my toddler abused so much that he could hardly stand on his little feet at times, and once almost died of sepsis. As we know, most top journalists, amply rewarded and paid, also seem to be Jewish, and they happily keep quiet too.
Now, is Christopher Clarke Jewish too? That would make the other 13 Clarke judges too, if they are from one family, which would mean they inherit the top positions through families. I don't know, but the public deserve to know that.
I remember thinking that everything about the profession was closing ranks and dehumanisation of ordinary people, the populace, who are not regarded as humans, yet the public pay for those abusing them, which adds a lawyer of abomination to all this. If Christopher Clarke can, I fear, lead cases in the UK from his retirement abroad, does that mean any top judge of the past can also? That we simply never know who presides over our cases as they may be owned by the top tyrannical ones whose family members may also be in top-power societal connections hence the greedy others in positions of influence have to obey them too so that their children are co-opted?
In general? Also, they all seem to come from the Oxbridge clique and keep in close-nit and the pool small, likely to know and put each other in power, according to many victims on support groups, so connections are just a call away for them all?
It seems to be the case in the top global Western humanitarian, corporate, media, academic institutions that influence us all, and in some Jake has his relatives. A large number of the very top executives are Jewish. Many believe that is why Jake may have embarked on using sperm donation as Trojan horse for something else and cherry-picking the children and inviting them into his powerful family while throwing others away. Did his WHO executive brother and his wife do the same alongside him, welcomes some of the children and blocked the others telling their own children to keep a low profile and stay away from their fist cousins who are inferior to them? I will stop from saying what else I know.
Then the HFEA CEO Julia Chain is Jewish too. Jake is suspected of having had an unlimited use of British fertility clinics for a decade after being blocked from them, which, if true, they will not want to be known...and so on, the list of power is endless... I am just kindly asking if that line of possibly covert, intimidating background action may be behind the level of abuse of human rights at the hands of vile, crooked, ruthless Jake Low-Beer and possibly his WHO executive brother who, I understand, has also gagged the media on something too, again judges have helped him, if that has been done at all. I know that there are also Jewish people in top power who are righteous and just, and would never harbour an abuser and be complicit in crimes against humanity done by fellow Jews, like I have never been on the side of the Serbs who committed crimes in Bosnia (all sides did atrocities, psychopaths on all sides, like in all wars as a war is a feast for the wicked, I personally knew the victims on all the sides of the war)... A large bunch of Jewish US academics are globally also some of the most prominent campaigners against secret family-court atrocities and against fellow powerful Jews in the Western judiciary that have annihilated an enormous number of lives.
But have the most shameless and power-hungry Jews, the likes of whom exist in all ethnic groups, abetted some kind of Jewish rank-closing in regards to the Low-Beer brothers so that the victims are constantly illegally subdued?
No healthy-minded human being of any heritage would cover up serious, life-destroying child abuse, sexual assaults and, what many believe, megalomaniac eugenics using real children like some kind of disposable throw-away bad seeds. That is all I certainly know, the rest is conjecture in seeking the truth and my children and my inalienable human right.
In a true democracy, I should not be in this position to be serially and incessantly violated and to write this letter, or any open letters, but people should be protected by laws, people of any origin, race, creed, class. And criminals and abusers of any of those punished. These are our lives, our children, and top judges have no right to abuse their power and relegate us to destruction on their sickening whims while protecting and empowering their own.
The media need to be involved with Jake, allowed to report on him, or any other abusers rom powerful families, so that the full truth is known, rafts of questions the children should be privy to answered, so that the victims can come forward and those whose attempts to get him to justice have been sabotaged for 20 or so years, to get what is rightfully theirs. Nobody should be above the law and have the ownership of anyone just because they are a megalomaniac, or someone possibly a corrupt bully, I am talking in general terms. Hence the answers to my concerns and justice should be forthcoming.
The way you love your children or any very close family members, I also love mine, just like any other parent abused by this vile man.

PS/ I do not follow any herd and do not care about the trendy narratives of today, or who is what by nationality, race, or anything. For me right is right, wrong is wrong, and no one has the right to abuse,torture,use and discard, anyone for anything. All children are especially sacred, and the same. While most of us are both right and wrong, in extreme cases, some people are extremely wrong and their wrong borders with evil that leaves rivers of carnage behind them. While I, in my trauma, fear there may be some shielding of Jake,and who knows what and who else,based on being Jewish considering the demography of the judges and the general nature of most people who strive for power over large number of people, like I have said, and while a large percentage of the very top judges perpetrating these crimes and Jewish, and Christian alongside them (rather atheists of those origin as no one capable of taking part in this believes in God), there is a very large number of Jewish mothers demolished by them too, and Jewish academics seem to be some of the most vociferous and bravest in this dystopian crusade for justice. What is more remarkable for them, and other academics,lawyers,judges,doctors campaigning, is that they are not personally affected by these crimes, and their own children are with them, yet they risk their careers,and some have lost them, trying to stop this and get the legal profession regulated. They are inspirational for me and at times have been pillars of will to survive knowing that such people, albeit super rare,do exist. I am very grateful for them.
